Something like that.

Face it.....Most of LSU's revenue comes from TV (from the SEC). Joe could easily afford to charge less for tickets, parking, tailgating, etc. However, Joe is going to squeeze as many pennies out of the fans as his advisors tell him he can. Our prices are all about what Joe CAN do rather than what he SHOULD do.

Perhaps the biggest surprise in the top 25 is LSU, which are the fourth most expensive tickets in the country. That’s less the result of their 25th pre-season ranking than it is the fact that both UGA makes their way to death valley for the first time in ten years. That, in addition to an Alabama visit, puts LSU in the top five for the first time since 2011.

Our ticket prices are high because we have a pretty damn strong schedule. Trade out the $100 Miami game and the $125 Georgia game for more mediocre opponents and we would be right in there with the others cost-wise. I'll go ahead and pay the $ for better games.

Hey knucklead...read the article...these are SECONDARY prices...open market, NOT from LSU, so in fact it suggests Aleva is doing a great job....

Duh, you should be happy if it only seemed nicer and didn’t blow it out of the water.

Burrow reading this board assumes OP is about him and realizes just how tough the LSU fanbase can be on its starting QB.
