No issues with the move. You leave walker available for a game one start on Tuesday. If we end up playing Florida Tuesday hopefully we can throw hill or Henry. Then pitch one of them and walker next 2 games

Right now, Paul Mainieri said it’s “50/50” for Jaden Hill and Cole Henry to pitch in the SEC tournament — if #LSU gets past Tuesday.

Also some injury news:
- Jaden Hill will throw a simulated game on Friday.
- Cole Henry will throw a simulated game on Saturday.
How those go will determine if/when they can pitch in the SEC Tournament #LSU

You think Henry will throw a simulated game Saturday then start Tuesday?

That's one way to stop arm soreness. Just don't let them stop throwing ever.

Trent Vietmeier's MRI is today, so #LSU is still awaiting those results, but he's unlikely to be available this weekend.

It’s seriously laughable at this point.

In the aggregate it's cause for concern. But the biggest predictor of an arm injury for a pitcher is a previous arm injury. Vietmeier had thoracic outlet surgery before stepping on campus and is now getting an MRI on his shoulder. This kind of thing is not out of the ordinary by any stretch and so far no one (pro orgs, etc) has found a way to make it preventable.
