If we can just get 1 or 2 everyday players and a stud pitcher this team has so much Potential. With a new coach and new energy I’m excited for next season. NOW ON TO FOOTBALL BAWWWSS!!

Current freshmen class is loaded.

The next class is loaded.

There are some upperclassmen with experience who could return help them learn how to scrap.

But yeah, the program has no talent and is in need of a total tear down and rebuild.

But how many of those are staying when Nolan Cain the recruiting coordinator is gone?

They signed their LOI like 7 months ago. They’re locked in unless we go an extended time without naming a coach and they begin to ask for releases.

Two freshman showed out. That doesn't translate to full of studs.
Next up would be Drost who was a high school phenom.

After that, the team is thin. There is no pitching. As much as I am a negatiger, people are delusional already and the next coach will be bitched about even though he has to fix shite. We gotta get rid of waste too. No reason we should have a bench that is so bad they can't beat this current crop out..(Wyeth, Cranford)

They are not coming to play for Cain, they are coming play for the LSU brand.

Not to be Debby downer but haven’t we had badass classes the last 5 years?

Personally after watching a lot of these “great” prospects plsy, I seriously question the reliability of these ratings. We aren’t loaded like these ratings say we are.

Thompson
Floyd
Edwards (who might have been seriously hurt today)
Coleman
Hellmers
Money
Fowler

Will all be useful pieces. Some of those guys have all conference ability

The classes before this is what got us in trouble.

Of course

Still have a few useful pieces from older classes to form an Omaha caliber team next year if it falls right
