I was wondering if Pelini's defense would have been more aggressive in that fame.

Plumlee is very good, BUT, that was our worst defensive performance of the year. Coming off of Bama, Delpit playing on one leg...not a good effort. In retrospect it didn't matter. As the game went on both defenses were withering, but their's was withering faster than ours.

Ananda got better starting with A&M, UGA, OU and Clemson. Those games earned his salary

4 games earned his salary? He got statistically worse every year.

Plumlee and Ealy together are dangerous not saying we won’t handle them, because we have. They are both dangerous together. With that, a third place finish in SEC West. Don’t tell Jimbo.

You mean when he finally had his full team healthy his defense improved?

Can’t be I was told injuries are no excuse during the season.

That wasn’t an elite defense mid season but somehow Aranda made the adjustments and they got there by end of season. Doesn’t always work out that way.

It’s so funny that people act like LSU almost lost this game. LSU was up 21-0 a minute into the second quarter and were up by At least 2 touchdowns for all but 56 seconds (they were only up by 11 for that time) the rest of the game and won by 3 touchdowns.

The defense's improvement and adjustments Aranda made after this game certainly helped the team reach its ultimate goal of winning the national championship.

After the first half, the defense just stopped trying completely. It was after the big Bama game and we kicked their teeth in the first half. It was abundantly clear by halftime that we could have not even put a defense on the field for the second half and still won that game. They could not stop ouroffense at all.

He caught us off guard...literally lol. He won't this year. He will get hurt if he tries to run around like that with his size. He's all ole miss has and that doesn't bode well for his health.

I mean Joe threw two interceptions and the defense had to make a couple of stops when it was a two score game. Your hyperbole is too strong.
