You could put together an impressive 4 star and 5 star list of quarterbacks that Les Miles signed and failed to develop.

Can not blame Jefferson here.

By signing day, he rose to a four star rating. He looked absolutely unreal in the 5A state championship against Acadiana. After seeing that game, I was excited that he was on his way to LSU. At the time, Mike Detillier called him the best high school qb he had ever seen, fwiw.

No. Wasn’t as bad as that guy. I do remember beer bottles being thrown at us by Bama fans though. That was fun.

Who cares, for how bad Jefferson was, he's brothers more than made up for it and both came home. I hope he has another brother, because at the rate they keep getting better he'd be a Heisman trophy winner

Then Krystal brands a pack of twelve burgers a “sackful.” Coincidence?

Its staggering thinking of the wasted opportunity by keeping Lee on the bench

I had Bama fans turning around and asking us why doesn't Miles put in the guy who beat us in the regular season

JJ was already in the game, so they are dumb for forgetting what QB beat them earlier in the season. Lee was benched in the GOTC.

Well, I was drunk as a skunk by halftime. To this day, I still haven't seen the 4th quarter.

If you call Pryor and his camp flirting with LSU a few weeks before signing day "recruiting Terrelle Pryor" then ok.

Such a weird, random thing to remember then shite on someone else for remembering incorrectly, but go ahead and flex

Jefferson finished his high school career with a perfect record (21–0) as a starter. He was named a high school All-America by SuperPrep Magazine

As a true freshman in 2008, Jefferson appeared in seven games, starting two of them including the 2008 Chick-fil-A Bowl of which he was the offensive MVP in a 38–3 win over Georgia Tech

I don't know how many times we'll have to go through this. Lee had nothing to do with the 9-6 win.

Absolutely. He lit up his HS championship game for destrehan too and I remember and article on rivals saying if there was another update that he would have been in the 5* discussion

Jordan Jefferson put up great numbers his sophomore year.

He was never going to win a heisman but in the right offense he could have been a title winner.

He and every other QB under Miles, after the Lee interception year, was put into a shitty situation over and over and over again

Lets give all the stats

Jefferson played in 42 games and attempted 678 passes, completing 397. Also had 20 ints and 12 rushing touchdowns Accounting for 46 touchdowns.

Lee played in 43 games and attempted 565 Passes, completing 317. Threw 21 Ints and had 0 rushing touchdowns. Accounting for 32 scores.

The fact is that 2008 season and Ryan Perriloux's inability to control himself harmed Lee, Jefferson and, I believe, Miles going forward.

Ultimately 2011 was 10 years ago so it is time to
