You throw a punch in the NBA even after being spit on and it's an automatic suspension. Alabama DL can throw 3 punches and knee a Missouri OL in the back while on the ground and it's handled internally.
SEC rules state player conduct even pregame can be reviewed after the game for discipline even if not flagged during the game. Also states fighting is an automatic suspension. A punch is fighting. Yet, we hear nothing from SEC office on this conduct.

We know. It's been pointed out and we get labeled crybabies by every other fan base. Why the other fan bases bow down to Alabama I'll never know. Us and usually Auburn (who is basically MIA this season) are the only ones who try to fight those bastards and don't just accept an arse whipping. And they just do it because they have to live with the bastards.

Alabama also had a play where they actually did commit a targeting penalty against the Tennessee QB and it wasn't called. The guy launched the crown of his helmet into the QB's chin and they didn't call shite. That play was the absolute definition of targeting and nothing. It's really sad that they have double standards in college football. If you're going to call targeting against Devin White for pushing someone in the chest then you better damn well be consistent across the board. But we all know that isn't going to happen.

If it weren't for Double Standards, the Gumps wouldn't have any!

I've said this for years. The SEC wants to be the premier conference, yet have the worst fricking refs. It's been like this for a while. If I sucked at my job, well, I wouldn't have one.
