IndianinBR....you should change the thread title to say something like go "Vote for Kim mulkey for Naismith Coach of the Year" or something and include the link in your first paragraph. And then keep bumping the thread so everyone will go vote for her.

Why? She did not win the SEC and was booted from the NCAAA in the second round.

Probably from taking a program that went 9-13 last year to 26-6 with their first NCAAT win in 8 years and their best SEC finish in over 15 years. Coach of the year awards aren't always about winning a title
While 2nd round was disappointing they overachieved greatly which was a good coaching job this year

I saw her coaching her heart out during the loss. It was not her fault the players missed shots, made bad decisions, and left opposing players open for shots. Ohio State made many difficult shots that fell--LSU didn't. I don't see where Ohio State really beat LSU--the players' synergy seemed to disappear at crucial times, and LSU was out of sync due to some good coaching strategy on the Ohio State sideline. I myself believe Kim has done a stellar job and deserves the honor. She took the lump of clay she inherited and molded into something of which we can be proud. If she can take this team and make it a winner, what can she do with her own recruits?

Tanks for the bump. Not sure why they didn't sticky it.

Naismith said this:
"You may vote once per day (every 24 hours) in each category, so be sure and come back daily."
