As long as there isn't some type of major NCAA scandal, Alleva will continue to just sign off on these extensions. No matter how bad a program is

A former assistant coach left before last season and is HC at Virginia Tech where they are currently 12-6 and 3-3 in conference play in her 2nd year there.

Jill was a good coach and has strong recruiting ties to the Carolina/Virginia area
The problem with Fran is she has become unwilling to change her approach to coaching.
She uses the same motivational mindfrick ploys used back in the 90's and early 00's. Those no longer work for this generation of athlete. You used to be able to "break" an athlete and build them stronger. Now, once they are broken they never seem to come back
Their practices are so damn old school and reminiscent of what you do at middle school vb camp
Her offense is atrocious and stupidly predictable
Her recruiting has been lazy and uninspired.
She needs to go

ADs use these lesser sports to prop up their overall athletic program’s graduation rates. Grades matter more than wins in these sports.
I did watch soccer spank Ole Miss last night. Three tough matches remaining on their schedule though.
