Who among you could say if you were on a jury and had the body of knowledge you have now, could say beyond the shadow of a doubt that JJ is guilty of second degree battery?
I know I couldn't, DNA evidence could change that answer.

If witnesses say they saw JJ kick, that is enough to arrest and charge. Period. It may not be enough to convict but JJ's arrest warrants his indefinite suspension until the legal process is complete.
Those of you willing to cost a young man his college football career AND send him to prison based upon THAT sequence are very disturbed.
