for those claiming the now oh so important 2nd kicker in white is JJ, I honestly see a chubby looking white guy.
It is getting old fast to follow this because it is clear that people are going to see what they want to see.
If they find Andrews blood on JJs shoes Doc et al will feel it is absolute proof that JJ is guilty and others will say it only shows that JJ walked in the parking lot and got blood on his shoes.
My only question at this point is if Unglesby goes on the aggresive and tries to file charges against Lowery for whatever reason, will Lowery be kicked out of Marine Corps before he is proven guilty?

They should be as a voting citizen, me along with ever other resident of Baton Rouge.
I am more embarrassed about BRPD's handling of the situation. I do think they have become "pot committed" and had to make an arrest in this case.

Paul Turner tweeted right away that JJ wasn't involved. After watching that video, it seems he was telling the truth. 
If he's innocent, he should be the starter Saturday night.

So I assume there is video evidence pointing towards the clothes not matching up? If I remember correctly someone from the beginning said JJ wasnt doing the kicking but was just the most recognizable face there
I really feel bad for the kid if that's true. Never been in trouble in his life and he is still attending class through all this ( buddy saw him on campus today) if I were him I think it would be hard to not just sit at home and say frick this

I think Hillar will be fine, but if you don't think rightly or wrongly that this will affect the police chief and his future employment, especially the bath that Unglesby is giving him, then you are crazy. Btw isn't Kip term limited?

There was a fight at Shady's. Video taken at the scene has not led to a unanimous conclusion on jefferson's involvement.

According to reports Josh John's is shoeless to, but he only had 5 pair to begin with. Since it appears they checked all 49 pairs of Jefferson's in less than a week, they should have Josh's done by Friday and Saturday during Game Day on ESPN we will hear all charges are dropped due to lack of evidence. And Lowery, BRPD and the Media especially our local sportscasters will look like idiots.
