That is what is so bad about this whole deal, the Shadys employees were doing their job bouncing and what not. It was the policie officers job to interview the employees and ask what if any evidence they had about the case.
My 2 cents, JJ was involved, maybe he even caused damage to a victim. However BRPD has messed this up so bad that their is no way I could sit on a Jury and convict.
The worst thing is that BRPD knew immediately that this was going to be a big case, and this was the best they could do.

But a part thats been glossed over is what happened to the guy being picked up and put into the truck (:03 of the vid). The involvement of the JJs could have been already over before the camera catches anything

The lady news anchor says that Jefferson "has not really been able to be communicate with the team or be a part of the team during practice..."
I read in the thread yesterday about the post-practice rally that they saw JJ leaving the practice facility. Said it was funny and it caught them off guard.
What gives?

So now you should be convinced that none of the 3 options YOU mentioned are JJ.
NOT saying JJ is innocent, but unfortunately for you and the other anti JJs, the way the system works in this country, the prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty. Based on what's available to us, they don't stand a chance in hell.

She believed that all were LSU football players because some she recognized as being on the team, and the two who she observed attacking Lowery was Jefferson and John's (Jefferson the most recognized player due to his face all over the media and a former classmate of Lowery's telling him he recognized John's from playing ball against him at Central).

It looks as though both guys ( supposed victims ) who were picked up off of the ground at the :03 and 1:06 mark have white shirts on. As i recall, didnt Lowery have a plaid shirt on?

I agree and the fact that they asked for Johns shoes tells me that Jeffersons didn't match. If that is true they need to drop the
charges, or tell someone about the additional evidence they have. I think the police chief has lost his job already, but Hillar still has a good chance to keep his.

But isn't Jefferon accused of doing what he did to Lowery? I thought the lawyer for the 'victims' even said he was being arrested and charged because of what happened to Lowery.
