Yes, and anyone that had claimed that was proven to be an idiot, so bringing it up here is pointless.
The reality is that all the videos prove is both Lowery and JJ were at the bar around the time of the incident and likely prove JJ isn't the one going to town on the guys back.

He does have a broken vertebra, but the guy getting kicked in all the videos is Lowery. In the extended version you see Lowery help the guy driving off the grounf and put him back in his truck, then all the kicking begins like a minute later

How hard is it to grasp the guy in the video is not Lowery, Lowery had on a plaid shirt this guy had on a white shirt. The driver of the truck had on a white shirt as did the guy on the ground with him and pulling him back to the ground in the beginning of the video. Could it be that the fourth guy is the one being kicked, he attacked the guy in the truck who came back and is the white shirt kicking him? When people are drunk they sometimes attack their own freinds then act as nothing happened minutes later.

Does anyone have a link to the Wafb report of 10 witnesses? I only know of 2 eyewitnesses and that is Lowery and Long. No one was there when 5-0 showed up. Where and when did they round up the 8 good citizens?

What are you talking about? Only the "victims'" credibility is questionable.
Not to mention, we have some pathetic SOBs on this team if the one that is kicking the shite out of the dude in the back is too pussy to come forward. If you're willing to kick a guy like that multiple times and act like a tough guy, then own up to it, instead of hiding.

You still lack reading comprehension. The point was people are just now bringing up the guy in a light colored shirt in the video when that person obviously didnt play a large role seeing as they didnt even notice him till now. Its simply because of new evidence about JJ that could exonerate him. SO instead of saying you know what maybe i was wrong they are picking apart 1 second of a guy in the background in a grainy video to still make their case against JJ.
Read more. Or think more. One of those two is not occuring
