I agree that the charges are normal because people did say JJ kicked someone. But just admit that Lowery is the only person that matters in the police charges against JJ.

But what about the other witnesses who didn't see JJ kick someone, and why have the cops not attempted to identify the guy in all black? Or why could no one identify him? We are now sure of one thing that JJ was not the guy that took the running start and drop kicked the "victim"
I am just saying their are a lot of unanswered questions.

The guy being kicked in the video is not Lowery. Jacque is the only one reporting 10 witnesses saw JJ kick someone. There was so much commotion going on not sure anybody really knows who hit who or who kicked who.

Why did they arrest him days later if they had Long's testimony the night of the incident? Did they ever release anything about that? Either they have something that we don't know about or they have a lawsuit coming. You can't base an arrest on one persons testimony, especially after she was at a bar all night.

HOWEVER, Chief White said "We have conflicting statements from parties at the scene that support one version over the version of the LSU players," White said. "What we don't have is a version of an objective third party that has absolutely no ties to the parties involved in this incident.
"We don't have conclusive video evidence that would support either claim. Until we're able to sift through the evidence and statements and arrive at the truth, that may take some time."
