I was so disappointed that we didn’t earn a title that year. I guess Florida deserved it though. They beat us like 4 out of 5 times that season.

That OSU melt lasted almost a year until we faced them the following year.

To be fair, a lot of the strikes called on them in the Omaha game Gilbert pitched were 4-6” off the plate
