Or am I wrong?? Nothing more obvious that’s these two are transferring than them not even making the trip to the sec tournament. NIL won’t fix this mess.

Usually injured players travel for tournaments so read into that what you may.

They were never injured to the extent of missing time. They are transferring.

What’s the count up to on players quitting on McMahon?
Posted on 3/12/25 at 9:10 pm to king47
The staff expects to retain 4/5 at most.

CMM has done a good job at keeping players. The problem, most of them had no where to go.

The program was destroyed before he was even hired. This is squarely on Woodward. McMahon just wasn’t the coach to revive the program. He was dealt a shitty hand. But in year three you would expect to see a more competitive team. That has not happened

They will be purchased by Master P for the UNO Privateers.

Would imagine v miller is gone. But chest should stay. He and fresh miller need some development. If lsu can’t bring in a coach to focus on the two having some consistent offensive moves….. then go. Chest is prolly the strongest on the team, can’t lose this guy.

Safe to say there will be an entirely new roster next year just like McMahon’s first year.

It’s not good. This will make 7 players quitting in 3 years if I’m remembering correctly and there have been rumors posted here that MM is not well liked by the players. Doesn’t allow rap music in the locker room and stuff like that.

Seeing the product on the court, it’s not difficult to think the kids don’t like McMahon. Off court stuff easily makes it’s way onto the court; if the players don’t want to play for the coach, they likely won’t.
This, if true, is as big a problem as all his issues on the court, namely not being able to land and/or coach the right players.
Even if we get tons of NIL and luckily somehow land the right players, if they don’t buy into what the coach is saying or don’t want to play for him, we are toast even if we get everything else right.
We’re obviously seeing we’re in trouble on the court. But if there are issues behind the scenes, that’s even more reason to show McMahon the door.

There’s definitely a mental absence and no attention to detail on the court which probably comes from practice, communication, buy in etc..

Players/coaching staff feigning injury as an excuse for players sitting out has been a common trend in the McMeh era
