Just passed Randy for 1st all time for the Vikings. Now 30 away from the league record.

Update: Now at 1400 yards for the year!

So happy for this guy!

Now only 18 yards away from the record. Would be awesome to see a LSU Tiger hold this record.

LOL would be awesome if their kids come in the future as well. I know everyone hated on JJ but we are lucky to have a family devoted to LSU like the Jeffersons.

They definitely are LSU royalty. If the grandkids come to play they will be HOF status. Dare I say they could be MOVIN ON UP

UPDATE: he just moved up the record board to the top/sky

I remember being told he "wasn't physical enough to beat press coverage in the Nfl" and could "only play slot", when I repeatedly told people he was the most NFL ready wide receiver in the draft. Mostly bammers. Even I didn't expect this. Kid had exceeded expectations at every level. I hope he breaks every receiving record on earth.

Negative. Both Clemson and Bama matched up their stud with Chase, and in spite of the more difficult matchup, LSU went to Chase when we were desperate. You are entitled to your opinion, but Nick Saban, Dabo Swinney, and Steve Ensminger had a different opinion.

I never hated on JJ. I was frustrated with his passing from time to time, but I always liked the guy. I think he screwed himself by playing QB. The guy was one of the best athletes at LSU. Had he played TE or DE he probably would be playing on Sundays right now.

I don't think everyone hated JJ, I just think JJ did not take ownership of his mistakes sometimes and blamed the WR. Seemed to me a maturity issue, but I always felt JJ played his butt off for LSU and gave it 100% effort. Questioned his decision making at times but did the same thing with J. Lee, e.g., when he got pressured seemed to throw off his back foot and sail the ball and got lots of INT's, especially against Bama.

In reality, Miles offensive system did not do favors for either JJ or J. Lee. No need to trash JJ or J. Lee for that matter, they both played with heart and effort their entire times at LSU.
