Under previous coaches telling players they could play three years and leave.

Under Myles and coach O, players were told to compete for three years and go get that check. Majority of players went low in the draft if drafted at all. Maybe the nil money is having an impact on whether to stay or go. But it seems Kelly is actually giving solid advice and players are staying so far. If you can get that 1-3 round money, go for it. But what really hurt us in years past was players having mindset to play three and go. Seems like Kelly is changing the narrative on this. Keeping seniors will really help in development of the team and their draft stock. What's y'all opinion on this.

I remember being puzzled yet impressed at a bunch of the players Saban managed to get to return for their senior year

If Kelly can do the same that’s a big sign that the LSU program is in an absolute great place

Seems it's not working for saben this year. We got crushed by the draft after 19 championship.

Because the playing field is even. They were getting paid more at Bama before NIL and would have to tolerate Saban riding them. Now, they can openly shop for highest bid.
