UCF has one Concencus All American in their programs history. LSU will have 3 this year.

I think it's pretty safe to assume LSU's Greedy Williams, Devin White, and Grant Delpit will all be consensus 1st Team All Americans. UCF has only ever had one player to receive this honor, I was actually shocked to find this out. We need to absolutely wipe the floor with this team. Anything else really is unacceptable. We shouldn't act like they're on our level because they aren't. frick these fools and lets send them back to college football mediocrity with the also-rans where they belong.

Didnt UCF just get become D1 back in the 2000's? If they were in an actual conference with a pulse this year they would not be undefeated.

They have a good team now. Their program's history is irrelevant.

Just checked. 1996. They're the only program to play in every division of football. They started in DIII in 1979. This only further illustrates my point. We need to absolutely destroy them because that's all they deserve from playing a program like LSU. And we need to play like a CFB Power if we're going to start being one again.

It would be extremely disappointing given how bad their D is and the talent gap
I still expect UCF to give us all they have, they are a well coached team.

Troy has a bigger and faster defense last year than UCF does this year.

Yeah just like LSU was supposed to destroy La Tech and Southeastern. Those teams hung around. LSU’s offense isn’t made to “destroy” anybody.

Didnt the RB Kevin Smith play there about 8-9 years ago and wasnt he the NCAA all time leading rusher when he was done? Regardless, he was a stud. I dont know how thats relevant or how this thread is even relevant. Just because they dont have a rich tradition doesnt mean they arent easily capable of beating LSU this season. Start adding up all the defensive starters we will have out.

Not so sure about that. Devin White seems likely, but neither Greedy nor Delpit seem likely to be consensus picks. For example, Greedy was 2nd team on some of the midseason lists (Sports Illustrated) and Delpit wasn't even mentioned. The 1st major list after the season (PFF's all american team) didn't have any of the 3 named on their 4 deep lists at their position. Cole Tracey was the only LSU player listed at any position.
