If Shelvin and Ika both trim down that should give us more versatility with the defense. Aranda could alternate 3-4, 4-3 combos and have a much better short yardage/goal line D.

I sure hope him and Ika have dominating seasons at the nose. Both have lost a lot of weight to try to get in shape.
