TV only Football vs No Football - what say you?

After a couple of weeks of watching NHL. My position has changed, I would be willing to have TV only viewing vs no football at all.

Premier league style, I watched a ton of Games this year, (nothing else on) with piped in crowd noise you couldn’t really tell the difference.

Of course, I'm willing and able to accept football w/o fans, if that's what it takes to play a season. More "weird" when watching college (no band, student section, etc.), but most people watch via TV anyway, so it'd be a quick adjustment.
I do think having some sort of background noise would be best, for both the TV viewing experience and for the players themselves. Total and complete silence is too weird, IMO.

Agreed, Football probably translates more to MLB with no fans, but I still think it is a viable option.

If it means football in the fall I am ok with that. It would be weird at first but I think after a couple weeks we will get used to it.

I say TV only if necessary. The NHL has been the gold standard. If you didn’t know it you might not realize there are no fans there. They’ve done a fabulous job of showing a great atmosphere with no fans. Blows the NBA and MLB away.

The Best way to have Football in 2020 considering the current situation, is on TV. No fans, Take your TV Money and be thankful. College Presidents and AD's.
Get Greedy and have Fans at the stadiums, there will be No TV Money and No Football .. then when you get claims on your insurance because you caused people (the fans) to get sick at the game, (No REAL WAY TO PROVE That) But in this climate of intitlements you never know what a judge will say.... Then You got what you asked for.... More Problems!
Plus Keep the Schooling this Fall semester online, and you will not be blamed for the Students getting sick because (they Will Fail to follow the social distancing Guidelines) Who really thinks a Campus full of kids can work ??
