LSU will play on Thursday. They may have to move to 7 inning games through Saturday. A lot of rain in the forecast.

Good. Hilliard gets to go on Thursday and we can set up the weekend rotation just like last week.

I want Hilliard in Game 2. Either he's pitching against Tennessee in that game, or he's pitching in an elimination game. Either of those scenarios would be very helpful to our regional hosting resume. Beating Tennessee would give us a big boost, while going 0-2 would not be good at all.

It doesn't really matter. I wouldn't mind if Hilliard goes on Friday against Tennessee. I'd actually prefer it. Hilliard would still have a full Friday to Friday before his Regional start.
I figure Hilliard will pitch on Friday in the Regional game no matter what seed LSU is or who they play. Jay hasn't been a guy who likes mixing things up and LSU's starting pitching isn't good enough to get cute and pitch off Regional weekend like a 1 seed usually does.

I think the route is play full games but for the 2-0 teams in double elimination part will need to play Friday to get to semifinal Saturday instead of getting the break they usually get

Id like to see what CJJ as done in the past as far as throwing off game 1.
I could see Money getting a shot at a week 4 seed thus lining up Hilliard to go in n the Saturday marbles game.

Wonder what happens to the tournament if it just rains all day today and tomorrow? Supposed to fit in 4 today and this game 1 is still in a weather delay.
