Have you seen his offense? No way. Coach E is better because he has been willing to change and grow. Herman is conceited and thinks he is the smartest guy in the room.
Herman has about 4 passes, 4 rb runs, a couple qb runs
And he doesn't utilize his talent right. He makes decisions based on his binder not his players or situation.
Lsu is downright lucky they missed on that guy.

LSU takes coaches and makes them better.
Saban won his first championships
Les won almost 120 games and a NC
O won a NC and has a winning records for the first time in his career.
Texas takes coaches and basically ruins their careers.
Charlie Strong and Herman were rising stars that get sucked into the black hole that is Texas Football.
