Haven't followed CBB since Dale Brown retired. Haven't really missed it much. But I will say that this Will Wade seems to have brought a shine back to the LSU program that it hadn't had in years. Hopefully he can bring back the interest in basketball at LSU that existed in the 80s.

Come on, get real. It was a bad loss because it should have been a good win.
Bottom line it isn’t going to hurt us but it doesn’t help that we lost, and we should have won.

Nobody is freaking out about just the one performance against Alabama. People are worried about the performances in the last 4 games. LSU has lost 3 out of 4 (two against Vandy and Bama who aren't good teams.) In the one game out of those 4 LSU won, Missouri led for about 34 minutes of the 40 minute game. They aren't trending in the right direction and they have Kentucky coming to Baton Rouge Tuesday night.

It seems like it’s as wide open as it’s ever been.

I haven't left dumbass. I was just pointing out that folks aren't freaking out about a loss to Bama at Coleman. They're freaking out because LSU hasnt played well since the Vandy game and and came close to losing four straight in conference.

Just because fans vent frustration does not make them stupid. Some or many may be ignorant concerning the game, and I am one of those. I never expected a repeat of last season. I’m not critical of this team. I have said since Wade was hired, this will be an exciting team to watch. I think you pointed out some good things, however those you call stupid, are fans too and fit that definition no more than you, for calling them that. People do tend to let their emotions control what they say in the moment. That is called being a fan.
