We suck. Plain and simple
Qb - below average. He plays scared and he’s inaccurate. Even with “better plays” he’s never going to be an elite player QB
OL - Horrendous. Center and right guard have been abysmal all season. Some of the worst run blocking I’ve seen
WR - way overhyped. Guys just don’t get as much separation as we would have hoped for. We have some decent athletes but, like Kelly said, none of these guys are consistent.
RB - a walk on has most of our touches. Worst I can remember at LSU
CB- finally got exposed. House has schemed around them but they can’t guard elite speed

Guys. Our team sucks. I truly think even Kiffin wouldn’t be doing all that well with this years talent.

We don’t suck.

We are what we thought we would be. This program is better and further along than anyone expected.

It’s a process, trust it.

Start raising red flags when have commits de commit and players leaving the program. That’s the first sign of a bigger problem.

Put a QB that can play the position back there and every other position will miraculously look better.

Jimbo is in year 5 and Kelly is in year 1. Big difference.

Once again, we had 39 scholarship players at the end of the year. This team has been piecemealed together from portal transfers, primarily from lesser conferences. Yes, we’re better than anyone could have realistically expected.

QB has time to make the throws if he could move within the pocket. Any threat and he takes off running. If you notice when the QB scrambles, the receivers stop trying to get open and start blocking. They know the ball will not be thrown. I was watching that Saturday. The receivers are open out the break and the ball is not there. If thrown, it’s late or off target.

Contradicting yourself here. This isn’t a “bash the team or coaches post”. It’s exactly what you just communicated.

I have all the faith in world that Kelly will turn this thing around. My original post was for the retards on here who think we should be competing for a SuperBowl. A lot of people overhyped the talent on this team. We do have some talented player's but the talent drops off a Cliff behind them.
LSU fans need to learn some patience

I mean. We aren’t really good right now. So this is about where should be expected except for the ignorant fans.

We're a 12-13 team over the last 2 years with a new coaching staff and a depleted roster. This year ain't it. That said, he can't be losing by 27 points and playing completely uncompetitive football. The coaching mistakes, the continued poor ST play and going down 13+ points again before scoring our first points is not acceptable regardless of our expectations of this team. Coach O was to have bottomed out this program last year and were meant to be seeing a reflection of improved coaching. I didn't see that yesterday.

I'm much more interested in next year. I want to see actionable progress next year. We play Florida State right away, get a tune up against Grambling and then jump straight into SEC play with 3/4 on the road.

We are in a better position after game 6 than we were in the last 2 seasons.

No shite. I wish we looked better on offense, but damn I didn't think we'd be 4-2 at this point.

Jimbo didn’t start with 38 scholarship players an played year one with a rent-o-roster from the transfer portal either. I mean we were scavenging McNeese State for talent for Christ sakes lol

We were at rock bottom 10 mos ago. Finally moved on from an incompetent, undisciplined coach and accepted that it was a multi-year rebuilding process. Now 6 weeks into the season there are people flabbergasted by the growing pains? Makes no sense. The team has weaknesses, no shite!

Then people want to say the receivers had a bunch of drops when in fact it’s just a bunch of highly contested balls.
