Even a bit before that (around 38:40), he's talking about the possibility of two SEC teams making it into the playoff this year and argues that an 11-1 LSU (with a close, regular-season loss to Bama) could make it in---depending on the larger P5 landscape at the end of the season.

.....I sure hope that LSU Offensive Line can protect Joe. You know Texas will try to take Joe out early. Tom Hermann does NOT want to lose to LSU. IMO I figure if it looks like LSU is going to win, don't be surprised if Hermann pulls a 'Tommy Tuberville Tantrum' and puts a bounty on Joe.
