He should work his way into a starting role as the season progresses.

You have to feel good about the TE room starting in 23 with BK and Denbrock. They will attract top talent

ESPN ranked Gilbert in their T100 players in CFB after a limited season in 2020 and an MIA season in 2021.

What did he do to deserve it?

I honestly think he’ll be starting week 1 based off what Kelly has said

He has some ridiculous genes from Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas

Ed was constantly trying to get kids of former NFL players and he was a 3* recruit.

Mason stuck with us after the coaching change.

Wish the recruiting services could explain how this kid was only a 3 star when everyone who watched him play clearly saw he was much better.

I’m excited about getting a TE back into the passing game with fluidity. The TE is one of the most underrated 3rd down passing options and is nearly always open.

He looks good, I hope they can develop Kole Taylor some. It sucked seeing him as the only real tight end.

We might be able to sub TE some this year and not be 100% predictable.

His dad and uncle(mom's brother) both played in the league so the genetics are there.
