If Michigan wins out, Ohio St will play an 11-0 Michigan, and a 11-1 Michigan in the title game

We won't jump them if that's the case

Yes and No. We control our destiny as far as winning the conference, but we will have a hard time jumping either the winner of Clemson/FSU. We will never jump Oregon if they keep winning. I think we can jump Ohio State if we win out. IF, we win out we could conceivable be 3rd and left out of the BCS championship game.

Yep, assuming we win out and that's a big assumption given our schedule...

the winner of Clemson/FSU has to lose one somewhere, perhaps the ACC title game? or Oregon has to lose...I think we could jump Ohio St too, but it'd be very interesting to see what happened if it was Oregon vs a 1-loss LSU or an undefeated Ohio St...I have a feeling we'd get it stuck to us.

We'll have to root for Fla St and hope UF or Miami can beat them.

Or hope Clemson clemsons and loses to someone they shouldn't. Possibly South Carolina?

Michigan's poor play caught up them last night. Squeaker wins against Akron and Connecticut and now a loss at PSU. Ohio States best win is Wisconsin.

Need a lot of help to make it to Pasadena.

Not a lot ..... florida state and clemson play each other one will lose. Then you have florida state and clemson both play sec teams to end the season I could easily see both or one of them losing those games. Ohio state will not play in Pasadena over us with one loss, I will put money on that not happening. Oregon still has to play Stanford and Ucla. We play Alabama and Texas A&M. Their is a very good chance, I would say 75% that if we win out were in the national championship game in Pasadena.

If we win out, 2 of these three will have to lose for it to be a sure thing:

1)FSU/Clemson Winner
2)Oregon
3)Ohio State

Washington is my number two team but they may have fallen the least in poll history for back to back losses.

I understand jumping A&M. I really don't care because we determine passing them on the field. But A&M may have the worst road team. Arkansas and Ole Miss have both pushed them.

Serious question. Considering we're talking Pasadena here, do you think that makes it harder for LSU to jump Ohio State? Putting a PAC 12 and B1G team in that game might look awfully attractive to some voters.

LSU will jump both in the coaches, along with Oklahoma (who lost), Stanford (who lost), and Georgia (who lost).

Didn't realize that only one other team (in the top 25) has played as many games as us.
Lots of teams still stuck at 5 games.
Makes it easier to jump when you are games ahead.. hopefully we don't get any payback with furman and then the bye.. but beating bama afterwards will compensate.

I like seeing LSU get the nod over A&M and Louisville. I really want Florida State to get by Clemson and set up a monster game against Miami. Those are fun.

We definitely need FSU to beat Clemson because the Noles have a much tougher schedule going forward with UF and Miami.

Lsu vs Oregon for it all...if lsu wins out.

No way. LSU needs two teams to lose. We will not jump Ohio St.

Bama will lose to us.
One of the Acc teams will lose.

That still leaves 3 teams ahead of us. Ohio st, acc, and Oregon. We need 2 of them to lose.

And dont count out Baylor yet. If they go undefeated they will be higher than us.
