Fan is short for fanatic. We are all passionately driven into lunacy and insanity when our team is playing. Every play seems as if it's a life or death situation in the moment and the posts usually reflect that state of mind.

That's why it's called the Rant dude.

This is a good way to die early. Seriously, the stress associated with keeping up that mentality will take years off your life.

People lose. LSU loses. Nobody is settling for a loss, but there is merit in recognizing that you can’t win every time. Nobody no matter how much they push, no matter how hard they try, no matter how talented they are wins every time. Not Tom Brady, not Bill belichick, not nick Saban, not tiger woods.

I’m not sure where we got this entitled attitude that our sports are the center of the world but they aren’t.

You lose baseball games. That’s 100% okay. Midweek games mean absolutely nothing as we have witnessed this year and virtually every year prior. People that think they have to win no matter what only show me their delusion as well as their lack of any sort of life experience.

Yes, most are insane during games, no doubt. In general, though, I'd say the thing I hate most is that a majority of the posters here are jerks that enjoy making mean remarks to other posters. I could certainly understand there being a few a*sholes, but it seems we've got more than 50% here. When I was in school there, most folks seemed really nice and down to earth. What the f*ck is the deal with these folks here?
