Their pitchers are on another level. We are young and still lack the talent to go toe to toe with them. That will change though

No need to overreact, Texas is a good team. Pitching has been better than some expected, but defense has let us down some. I think the frustration will come if we continue to give up defense for the bats and don’t score runs. This is two games in a row vs quality teams that’s been the case.

I know you are a dumbass if you can’t fault the coaching for these brain fort errors. LSU fans going to Omaha? Only if they’re a fan of another team

Texas has given up 12 runs over 10 games...........
this is game 13
could end up being 12 runs over 13 games

this Texas team went like 3-2 in Omaha and lost 2 games both to Miss St by 1 run and Miss St went on to win the NC

You’re not wrong, but Thompson literally wok is the game last night.

Who do you want to put at SS and will they just be a black hole on offense?

It is one fricking baseball game in early March. Do you people ever learn? It's the same regurgitated bullshite every single year.

Our starter had 1 bad inning.

Other than that, we weren't outmatched. We've had our chances (especially the 8th) and didn't deliver.

Play again tomorrow and LSU could very well win. These teams are evenly matched.

You will go to bed tonight really believing what you just posted.

Reality is this game was won by a very good team that pitched and hit better.

Tonight the Tigers lost, tomorrow or next week or next month the Tigers may win.

Baseball at this level is about slight nuances that can change day to day.

So now we are acting like playing defense doesn’t matter in baseball? That’s part of the game. And if the defense continues anything like this, it’s going to continue to cost us games. Already has cost us two this year. Both our losses.

Mainieri's teams always played defense. Just sayin'.

I mean Thompson was Paul’s shortstop last season too.

It’s not like Johnson is tellin the kid to do this.
