You find out the backup is exponentially better than the starter, you pull the trigger and run with it.

Saban did it with Tagavaiola in their most important game of their year and then never looked back.

Dabo did it with Trevor Lawrence replacing a really successful Kelly Bryant.

And Brennan doesn’t have the resume of Bryant or Jalen Hurts. Brennan is just a guy.

It’s pretty obvious TJ is the guy the players want to lead them. The whole team showed up on Saturday when he was the starter. Running backs ran harder. Defense played the best it had all year, got a pick six. Special Teams crushed, had a return TD. Some players just have that aura to make a whole team better. Brennan doesn’t have that. Move on.

We didn’t find that out, though.

You sound like you want to point this in a certain direction... but you don't want to say it.

But its only obvious that TJ is the guy... to you.

TJ played one game against a shitty team, got way more defensive support, and still didn’t throw for as many yards as Brennan. The pick he threw was terrible.

He played well overall, but I don’t think it’s clear that he’s better than Myles.

Halfway through the game

Bryant threw 13 TDS in 2017. Myles has thrown 11 in 3 games.

This is the craziest level of “team success = good QB”

So you think it was all TJ and not the fact that we spent 2 weeks working in the defense and run game specifically because Brennan played amazing and we still lost?

Please tell me how Finley is worlds better than Myles ???
Be specific.
Finley does not even control the entire playbook.
There is a reason that Myles was the starter.
Finley may turn out to be much better, but he is not there now.

Also, please show faults in Myles' performances.
We lost 2 games due to the other team scoring way too many point on us.

Yo, what about when we find out the backup's backup is better than him at running the offense?

He literally threw it directly to an SC player.

This! Except the running backs just ran, period. That was the biggest difference with the team Saturday. Nothing to do with the qb. Myles has done more, with more on his plate. The play calling was dumb the first game and LSU just decided to not run the ball ever for the Missouri game. A qb who is off to a historic start and finished a game with a pretty bad injury isn't going to be benched.

Oh, the guy that just coached, arguably, the best team ever... or at least the best season, is an inferior coach?

Tell me more.

If he was expecting the WR to do something different. You have to anticipate throws our you won’t complete them.

Now idk what the WR was supposed to do.

It could still have been a bad throw on TJs part.

Exactly. Orlovsky even said it was potentially a back shoulder throw and the receiver ran a go
