Why don't you worry about your day job and let the coaches worry about the pitching.!

The defense is really what ghave up most of those runs yesterday. We really had at least 4 errors which lead to at least 5 unearned runs.

If we hadn't been playing Auburn, we may HAVE lost that game. You can't spot a Vandy or a UCLA or some team with great pitching that many runs.

The coaches are asking me to help 'em out. I'm just trying to do my part.:)

Yea, the box score is way worse than what we saw. The difference between a 1-2-3 first inning and a 5 run first inning was pretty slim yesterday. And then it was like once things started going against him, extremely close balls and poor fielding, he seemed to mentally collapse.

Dude just needs to get his head right

The fielding yesterday was really weird for like the first 5 innings

This is the same Auburn pitching that held us to 9 hits or fewer in our 3 game series with them. Oh and they are only a few spots behind UF in era...with one of the toughest schedules in the nation.

This shitty article may fit your narrative but please continue to ignore how the relief pitching that everyone was so worried about only gave up 1 hit through something like 4-5 innings.

You don't know that. I saw Vandy blow a 4 or 5 run lead against Ole Miss earlier this year

The bright side of Poche's start was that at least he got ahead of hitters rather than falling behind. Also, Chinea and Poche making the play at first would likely have lessened the damage. ESPN's scouting report on Poche was spot-on regarding Poche needing to execute his 2-strike pitches. Going forward if Poche can improve in that area and the defense makes the easy play I think Poche will be fine.

He wasn't getting the low fastball called a strike. He wasn't missing pitches by much until he realized he couldn't get the low fastball called a strike. Then we had a few brain farts in the field. He was hit hard a couple times, but there was certainly a fine line between a 5 run inning and a 0 run inning.
