Morris should have stepped on them

I personally took that pic...me and 9 buddies went to that game without tickets. Waited out in front of Rosenblatt before the game when someone offered us 8 tickets behind home plate. Luckily I had a camera and just remembered to keep shooting while Warren rounded the bases....greatest moment ever.

So what happened to your other 2 buddies , did they get in to the game?

How did you guys decide who sat in seats behind home plate?

Luckily, I think they volunteered to take one for the team, their seats weren’t too bad, down the first base line toward the right field foul pole

Hands down the greatest moment of all time in CBB = LSU
Hands down the greatest team of all time in CFB = LSU

Not too shabby.

Anyone know the details of the story from the 97 CWS that involve a replay of the HR during a banquet? Miami team walked out ?

What gets lost in “that moment” is that the walkoff HR was just the capstone to what was overall a really great game.

I watched it last night and forgot how great of a game it was outside of that moment. Also forgot Burrell's home run celebration for a ball he hit that was caught at the warning track.
Robbie Morrison (Miami's pitcher) came to a game a couple years ago.

Shortstop Alex Cora

Wasn't it Cora who was dogging the SEC during a previous post game pressure and his coach had to take the mic from him?

Ok. I give up. Help your fellow Raider, baw!

That's funny... My dad, brother and I were fishing the annual Rummel alumni rodeo when the game was being played. When got back to Blackie Campo's for the weigh in, someone brought out a 32" tube TV, before flat screens, and there were like 60 guys huddled around it when Morris hit that dinger.
