O was heavily involved last year which is why Pelini left. Hopefully they will do better this year. We'll see

For O's sake, he better not have been heavily involved in that garbage last year.

There you go again.

Sorry, but I'm not doing research for you. I gave you examples with a 30 second google search. It shouldn't be difficult for you to find other examples.

Talk about absolutes, are you now saying Jeremy Pruitt is the only elite coordinator to accept a position knowing that the head coach will be involved in the offense/defense?

thought you didn't have time for this. Now it can be accomplished in 30 seconds? Should take you less than a minute to give me another name then.

Or you could just just keep deflecting. Spare me the you're too busy and not interested excuse. You came back to the thread.

Exactly

It’s not like he’s pete Carroll or Tony Dungy

Ed's only death knell will be if the team is as shitty next season as it was last season, not what he says in a presser.

Brodie Miller said that O's biggest regret from last year was leaving the D completely up to Pelini and leaving the DL completely up to Bill Johnson.

it is not contained to just this thread, your entire existence on this board is shite posting about how everything O does is the worst. You are adamant that O sucks. We get it dude.

Like I said before, you being upset with O is a sign of good fortunes on the horizon. Just please don't let off the shite when we get back to the mountain top, O thrives when he has haters.

No I don't.

Again, not close to true.

This is a cult level response. We just had an awful year, and very publicly flopped on coaching hires. Criticism is warranted no matter how much of O you want to gobble.

p&g in here furiously downvoting every post I make... poor guy

I will say the dline rotation was suspect at times.

We could speculate that ika left because of his playing time, and, if you believe this to be true, you could blame the DL coach and not O for his departure

Sure we did but we also got better as the year went on.

Thats your opinion of the situation. We had one guy want to stay closer to his home and another who was blocked by his contract and HC so yes we didn't get our top 2 choices but I wouldn't call Daronte Jones a flop. Unproven? Yes. But not a flop. You can do all the mental gymnastics you want but the idea that no one wanted to come to LSU is a lie.

Also we got the OC we wanted on the first try.

Criticism is warranted

Sure it is. But your version of criticism is similar to the way that the Nazis criticized the Jews. You aren't criticizing with an open mind or taking any allowances for the nuances surrounding the situations. You don't like O so everything is about how O is the worst and you will bend facts and ignore circumstances as you see fit to prove your narrative.

Also your lack of self awareness is astonishing. You're like a redneck that constantly uses the N word but swears he's not a racist.

What are you 12? Look it up yourself. I've already proved you wrong once. Why do you keep embarrassing yourself with this nonsense?

Deflecting?

You do realize that you have done nothing but deflect and that I'm the only one using relevant facts in our conversation?

Look, I don't mind responding to your posts but your spin is getting tiresome and I'm not going to continue to spoon feed you information.

Honestly, I don't give a shite who coached for whom and when. I only responded to your original post because you were so adamant before finally relenting.

Furthermore, If you want me to provide a list of elite coordinators who work/ed for a head coach who is/was overtly involved, pay me and I'll be happy to oblige.

I’ll throw this out there: fricking awful metaphor.

Nazi were lacking an open mind and didn’t fail to take in nuances about the Jews.

Like O objectively fricked up at Ole Miss, and sure people change

But that’s not applicable to Jews under Nazi Occupation.

Poor O can't do anything right! Amirite?
He says too much.
He doesn't say enough.
He won't make a hire.
Nobody wants to work for him.
He makes a hire.
He should hire younger coaches.
He hires young coaches w/ no experience.
He hires NFL coaches with no recruiting experience.
He brings in guys that had a bad year at their last stop.
He didn't sign every top prospect in every class.
He keeps coaches that can't coach and can't recruit.

Go be a fan of Alabama or the NFL. That will be the closest to happiness and that checks all the boxes that you will get. Good luck.

My post history actually shows the exact opposite. I've given him credit many times.
