Yeah but Ed Orgeron let his side piece watch practice once, things could be worse.

It gets worse next season. This will go down as the Worst hire and contract in LSU HISTORY. Congrats Woodward on ruining the 2 most important money makers in college athletics. He needs to go first.

Thats the thing with Kelly coached teams. If there is an issue in the first or second game you can rest assure that will be a problem for the whole year. Nothing seems to get fixed. So frustrating to watch the same thing over and over in every game. Said it after game one OL/ OC would be problem rest of the year. Figured Nuss could help overcome that but he has regressed thanks to subpar coaching. 6-6 could easily happen.

I think it is more likely the team goes 6-6 than 10-3, although neither are particularly likely.

They find a way to win 2 more (Arky and WKU most likely), and maybe steal a 3rd. I just don't see a path where this team wins a 9th or 10th game like some crazy people think.

Having said that, it will not surprise me if there is only 1 win left on the schedule (again, most likely WKU or Arky).

Yep, sure does smell like the 1990's at LSU...

8-4 would have still been a massive let down for this team.

Oh well. Here we are with Kelly. Over promise and under deliver.

IMO 6-6 is no different from 8-4. 6-6 got us a Texas Bowl in 2021 and would have gotten us the same game last year that we got finishing 8-4. Unless you go at least 9-3 and get in the playoff convo, you're just spinning your wheels.

Given the changes in college baseball, I think that if JJ wins a third CWS, he will have matched Bertman's accomplishment.

People thinking that LSU will beat Arky is wild.

Ar-kansas has a legitimate dual-threat QB and a great OC in Petrino. He will cook Blake Baker.

I was told by this board DA 90s was where only Ed Orgeron would take us. Yet here we are with a 20 million dollar NIL roster and .500 football is a possibility.

It's so much more than this. Win football games and keep the talent happy and you can walk onto the practice field with two armfuls of floozies you scrounged up this a.m. on The Belle. Orgeron was through coaching football and it showed up in everything he did.

I love Skip, but the overall competition wasn't at the same level. Also, Skip's teams only had to win a single game, not a series, to take the title.

Things would be worse with O. Were you in a coma during 2020 and 2021?
