I can't believe no one's talking about the O line. I didn't see Joe sacked once. They need some love.

Joe was sacked like 5 times. Bama's edge rushers had an advantage for sure. That's why CEH was so important.

Honestly we should have run more screens to mitigate their rush.

How many of those sacks came on uncalled offsides by their rush ends?

He was sacked. But that was because Bama was timing the snap count fricking perfect. Overall the OL played well

Yeah and a couple of those were coverage sacks where Joe was just trying to make anything happen. None of them were game changers if I remember correctly.

Burrow came out strong in praise of his O-Line. That's good enough for me.

O-line did well....no pressure up the middle, which is what matters.

agreed.

Several of those runs, both CEH and Burrow, we're designed to play off of that. Several passes too. Made them pay for it, and that's what we've been waiting on.

One Note: trying to stay away from critique too much today... but I was worried about this in AU game and last night I became convinced... Either Burrow or Cush has a tell on snap. Probably Burrow because the ends and OLBs are seeing it. DEs for Bama were sprinting before ball was out from under Cush's arse. There's something he's doing with his eyes or body language that gives away when the snap-clap (the real one) is and they are teeing off on it.
