The LSU defensive coaches intro presser...

Was very impressive to me on a couple fronts.
They touched on what they were intending to focus on which were part of the problems last season.
From a career standpoint, I think this group has the potential of staying together in BR for multiple seasons. This is providing they are successful and the chemistry among the coaches and players is a good one.
It looked like these coaches are very thankful for the opportunity, besides its LSU and the SEC and where success happens a bi product follows, $$.

I think it speaks loudly to what the perceived problem last season was. The inability of the old guys to communicate and relate to the young players on the team. Kids these days are different from those of years past. I think in many ways they're more worldly, with all the info they have from social media and the internet. They are also on the whole less mature and more prone to acting out both on and off the field when they don't feel the connection to their peers and those in charge. Hopefully, what coach O has done with bringing these new coaches in will help fix the "problem," and get us to playing football instead of worrying too much about feelings and social justice.

It would seem that he brought these coaches in to do the opposite of that. I think last year showed you can't just say "go play football" whether you agree with their stance or not. Some of the new staff should hopefully be a sounding board or outlet for players and these issues to not let it boil over.

And you are the type of guy that the day you are hired goes in and tells the CEO, or shift manager in your case, exactly how fricked up he/she are and how you are going to fix it. You are one badass! Did you apply for the job? Probably not. Someone like you would not be interested in making 500k to 1.5 million. What a complete douche you must be...

You sound like an a$$ man if you ask me. Why would any coach hire other coaches who are going to give him the middle finger, dumbass?
