Yes he may have teamed up with F King in the past but Edwards potentially has a bright future regardless of how you feel about him politically. He will NOT jeopardize his ambitions for the likes of F King and our stooge AD.

Edwards has to win reelection to go where he wants to go. If JBE can be made to feel the heat and think this debacle could come back on him he will take action. He's the one man that could place a few phone calls and make heads roll.

Pressure on the BOS is good but the majority of those guys will follow direction of the Governor. This should be an early campaign issue.

F King is tight with Hillary, and obviously many others. I'd love to see him go. He needs to go. But I don't see JBE being the one to do it. If anything, I think he might protect him.

Still not sure how people blame that shite on Edwards when he wasn't even the damn governor then, but this point can't be stated enough. Jindal made it a point to frick over this state at every opportunity on his way out.

Probably the only way he can win re-election is if he leads the charge and gets F King, Alleva, and Orgeron fired.

King would have left LSU for DC if Hillary won. True. But I do not believe JBE is willing to take any blame for this mess.

Good idea! We also need a leader, an attorney or someone that can lead this group. I think the majority of the LSU fans want change quick. Draw up something for donations and the money will start flowing. The President and AD is running the program in the ground.

A governor has, or should have, better things to do than muck around with the LSU athletic department. Now, if you can frame it in terms of what F. King is doing to the University as a whole, you're talking about something the guv ought to be involved in.

Edwards will not want to be associated with the downfall of LSU football. I can see the negative ads now - the governor wanted to kill football to raise your taxes,( show a pic of him and O) he did so when he allowed Lsu’s Winnings coach to be fired for this guy. JBE wants to run the state in the ground like his friend Coach O.

I am joking over course but that very thing could cost him votes.
