The fundamental problem: Alleva hired a recruiter. Not a leader

The reality is that CEO will never command the respect as a head coach that will keep great coordinators around. He is a great recruiter and motivator. But has not proven himself as a leader of a program. Never good when your coordinators are smarter than you or perceived as more valuable to the program.

Sucks that over 30 true and RS freshmen played this year. Wait until the transfers and new recruits show up.
Fehoko and Rashard Lawrence will wreck shite on the D-line. Not counting on the #2 ranked D-lineman in the nation in Shelvin.
Giles and Moss will show up and make you wonder why LSU was playing DJ Chark.
Sucks doesn't it?
When all the freshmen who played this year take the field as veterans it will be absolutely horrible.

OP is completely useless since all that's be hashed and rehashed dozens of times. However, the bigger deal with O is that he isn't well organized. Organization is the name of the game when you're a head coach.

Idiot. He has only been named the #1 recruiter in the nation 2 or 3 times or more over decades of time. But he is not organized.
If a guy was organized there is no way they could be a top recruiter. to do that they have to be flying by the seat of their pants and be disorganized. Idiot
