I think most people's expectations going into this season was a 8/9 seed into the tournament with a chance to get hot and go on a run. That's right where we are right now.

Sure, that's disappointing after the hot start, but I still believe in what Wade is building and think our roster next year sets up nicely to contend for the SEC again and make some noise in the tournament. I remember when we would have given our collective left nuts to be in the tournament discussion in late February. Now, disappointing finishes have us sliding from a 5 seed to a 9 seed.

It’s year 3 of a program rebuild and our retarded arse fans think we should be the favorites for the national title lol. It’s fricking insane. We had to replace 3 of our 4 top players with nothing due to Wade’s suspension and these idiots can’t handle still making the tournament. A part of me wishes JJ was still here so we could go back to there being zero basketball discussion and all the game threads would be nonstop shitposting.

We lack quickness on both ends. We have no big man or true point guard.
Getting beat with quickness across the floor at every position. Can't coach quickness. We're athletic except for quickness across the floor. A huge disadvantage for LSU. Their biggest problem with this team this year. Better recruit quickness!!!!!
