The debate about NCAA LSU tnmt chances over

Some said LSU was in ncaa tourney no matter what they did in SEC tourney.
Then it was said LSU had to beat Miss State to get in.
Then some said after Florida loss LSU had to beat South Carolina to get in.
Well the debate is over. The tigers under great pressure played their way in tonite. The dramatic way they won secured it further.
LSU has struggled this year but they are still LSU. Miss State didn’t want LSU in the first round. LSU gets more respect sometimes from other fans than it does it’s own.
And despite all LSU’s struggles this year, LSU is the team no regional host wants as a third or fourth seed.
There is great parity in college baseball this year. LSU can beat (or be beat) by any of the top 20 teams.
I love tnmt play where advancing depends on 7th and 8th string pitchers. As inconsistent as our pitching has been, you have to be a talented pitcher to make an LSU roster. Can’t wait to see who the next man up is.

LSU is 1 botched double play... 1 failed sac bunt... or 1 great play at 3B away from beating the nearly undisputed best team in the country (have any 1 of those go LSU's way and LSU wins over UF)

Backs have been against the wall the last month.
Now that the pressure of making regional is off maybe this team can finally relax and make a run on the road in a regional. Getting out of the rugged SEC will help too, it can't be any tougher than what LSU has faced through conference play.
I really think the Texas series is what separates LSU as a bubble team.

D1 Baseball said before the tournament started that LSU was in the group of "Last 5 In"...in their opinion. They're usually pretty spot-on. IMO, going off of what they said...when LSU beat the cowbells it was done. They were locked in.
