Mett was good but dear god some of the catches made out of nowhere by OB an JL were insane.

That Landry catch in the back of the endzone against Arky is the 2nd greatest catch ive ever seen and if he had done it in the NFL it would be played on a loop. One handed moving away from the ball. Just insane.

Those throws almost made me cry. Been along time since we had a QB that could get the ball there like that. Naturally Mett only started for a short time. I believe Brennan can be the next mett and the offense can be great again.

To be fair his 2012 season(58%compl 12tds/7ints) wasnt as productive as his 2013 season.
I believe that if he wouldve had a decent 2012 season then he would by higher on lsu fan's affinity list.

Yes we had 3 olinemen hurt but mett also didn't play well at times.
It was his 1st year starting so I'm not knocking him. I was just commenting on why some lsu fans may have under appreciated him.

I wish there was a way to access the old rnolan53 archive too tho. LSU athletics or TAF should have someone on staff making these video highlights and game archives.
