That team had 4.05 team era
And a .315 BA

This team has currently a 4.40 era and .314 Ba

Slow the breaks.
Move thatcher Hurd back to 3rd starter and all is not lost

2009 has nothing to do with this year.

And not to be a downer but Hurd being “back” consists of a total of 6.2 inning with 4 of them being against Nicholls. He still has to go multiple innings against an SEC team before we crown him the 3rd starter again.

That pitching staff is the 2001 Arizona Diamondbacks compared to our current staff.

Most definitely had a better staff.

Minus Skenes and our insane lineup this staff is really no better than last year.
And right now there are a couple guys from 22’ I wish could trade some 23’ guys with.

They had solid Friday AND Saturday guys with a strong bullpen and a rockstar closer … and hit 100+ homeruns.
