Just a rebuilding year. The other team from the CWS finals last year is probably going thru the same thing, it’s to be expected. I mean they don’t have nearly the tradition and facilities that we do, so they’re probably doing way worse than we are.

I'm with you. Haven't really kept up a ton with them but I'm sure Florida is feeling the loss of the guys they lost. But hey, that's just baseball. You win some, you lose some. It happens.

The good thing about baseball is there's always tomorrow. The last game doesn't matter. Just win tomorrow and keep the hit parade going.

Paul Mainieri will fire Alan Dunn and name himself Pitching Coach, Hitting Coaches are overrated so he'll handle that too, receive a raise and an extension through 2030.

As he should. He's steering this ship in the right direction.

You damn right they can. They were there for a long time last season and will be again this season. I guarantee you they can even spell championship.

Man, looks like we won’t be a National seed for the first time in 7 or so years. Time to fold up the program and fire everyone. Shut it down!!!!!

Hey, don't bring that negativity into this thread! They are turning things around!

You seem just a little too excited about them losing. Your giddy sarcasm is noted.

So when I complain, I'm clueless. When I praise them, I'm sarcastic. You seem a little crazy, my man. I'm just overly optimistic that Paul has it all figured out. They will skull drag USCe today and that train will be coming in hot down the stretch. Buckle up!

Did Florida lose their entire weekend rotation? No. Didn't think so.
Did Florida not only lose their shortstop, but lose the guy that was to replace him? No. Didn't think so.

Its a down year for us. Anyone that thinks LSU should never have a down year is a spoiled homer.
Anyone that thinks other top programs don't have down years is blind.

And on top of that, in a said down year, we will still be heavily involved in the post season. LSU baseball fans are absolutely ridiculous.
