They’re more like guidelines….
The NCAA doesn’t know how to handle this shite because they spent all of their time and energy fighting it until the end instead of just preparing for the inevitable. So now it’s the Wild West

And everyone was shocked that aTm was having such a good recruiting year. We always knew why. Now it is being confirmed. Unlike Florida at least they were getting their money’s worth.

A&Ms class was getting to close to Bama. They had to shut that down quick.
They need to stop this NIL completely and put a cap on it so this can’t be a recruiting tool that will be taken advantage of. You are going to start seeing millions going to top skill position kids soon. I know they can’t get it their freshman year but it will be well known the money they will make day one of their second year.

I don’t know if you can legally cap what a player can make off of their likeness
But you should certainly be able to put an end to these pre-determined dollar amounts to yet to be determined players, essentially making it mor in line with a salary than NIL
