I'd also add his lacrosse frick up at Duke as the very first thing. It was embarrassing from the get go that the clown in charge of that was hired here

Yes Yes Yes. This alone should disqualify him as AD.
Look, there are two camps when is comes to Will Wade and PM and Coach O. Reasonable people can disagree on coaching ability and everybody can throw their own statistic to back up their claim; HOWEVER, at least as far as I can tell, there is only one camp on Joe Alleva. Nobody likes him, nobody thinks he is a good AD and nobody wants him employed for another minute.
