Any sauces that can confirm how team has responded on field and locker room since the departure of the two qb's who seemingly were fighting a losing battle?

Your sauces are the best I believe, shouldn’t you know, master troll?

the players aren't dumb, they know what's happening. I strongly suspect they knew this was coming.

QBs transfer at many schools all around the country.

Talked to a mother of a player yesterday.

- team knew who best QB was
- was best for locker room
- players strongly believe in E
- Brennan very on board
- strong leaders this year
- hear the noise doubting, they can't wait
- love coach O

Wild guess but I’d say higher. I’m assuming 4 QBs had to have that “elephant in the room” feel to it.

I’m sure morale will be fine when burrow balls out.

Well it's a 100% fact...nothing earth shaking, except players believe in burrow...said it was clear who the best one. Then went out of her way to say how much they like E. Which mirrors some players public statements.

Bottom line, players morale high, and think transfers not a bad thing and in particular good thing with one

Btw I know the woman, so I didn't walk up off the street. Work with her.

Not hard to predict that when the two most inconsistent and inaccurate QB's aren't in the rotation

Let's just say she said there would likely have been problems in the locker room with a few...but again. Said most all players clearly knew who the best QB was

I believe it. As much as some of us may have concerns about Ensminger, the guy is respected and players seem to love him. There's a reason he was able to get a commit from Marshall even after Jimbo and Dameyeune Craig put the full court press on him. There's a reason he won over Burrow and you hear players praise the guy. There's a difference in just liking a coach and respecting him. It sure sounds like they respect Ensminger. I just hope it translates into results.

Yea feelings get involved for a minute for the guys like McMillan who've been in the program a while, but I think these players understand that it's ultimately a business and get over it.
