Think It's the Marriot Marquis.

It was the Marriott Marquis last week. Coincidentally my wife and I were at the Hilton Atlanta (which connects to the Marriott) and it was UGA’s hotel.

Oh wow you can book the team hotel through that website for only 176?!? It’s like 300+ on the Marriott website/ 3rd party sites.

I’m staying at Hyatt again, cheap free hotel with points. Only 8k per night for a 350$ night hotel

Wondering if I can book two rooms under different names??? Does it matter if we have same address?

Yes. We initially booked our room through the Marriott website until I saw that the Peach Bowl had a special rate. I booked another room through the Peach Bowl site and cancelled the other.

8k a night at the Hyatt is a solid deal for the downtown Hyatt. Marriott it’s 20k points..

Yea I just booked on that website and received the Confirmation email.
I called the Marriott to verify the booking but they said they couldn’t find the reservation for me... so I guess I’ll keep my other room as backup for now.

The first email I got didn't have a hotel confirmation number, just an online confirmation number. I received a second email the next day with the hotel reservation confirmation. Definitely don't cancel your other reservation until you get a confirmation.

I put “LSU”. “Peach Bowl” would probably work too. Looks like the group booking form for other Marriott events I’ve done through work. Probably goes to the event staff at the hotel and will get an official Marriott confirmation number during normal business hours.

Any idea what the media hotel will be for New Orleans?
