Tailgating shape

At what point in the year do you start getting your body in tailgating shape in order to consume the amount of alcohol you plan to on gamedays? I've been getting back in to the routine since February.

Depending on your age, speed is your friend. Preferably adderall or something similar.

You can drink as much as you want. Then, if you can't stand up, just chew another. Rinse and repeat.

I lift weights, do cardio hiit and eat healthy as to not be a fatass whem the season starts. That way, any weight I gain during football season from eating and drinking is manageable and Im still in beast mode for the holidays

You begin now - month of August. February to July, I allow body to recover. August plan all day BBQ's followed by going hear a band. Hydrate at 8:00AM with massive amounts of water - begin drinking beer at 9:30AM. Drink slowly, but steady all day - half the night. Repeat 3 Saturdays in a row prior to opening weekend in Sept.

Between LSU tailgating and the Saints games, I'm on double duty. I find its best to not stop drinking. My liver is so black, it stole my bike and it's banging a Kardashian.
