Pelini trying to make guys fit into his 4-2-5 system instead of him adjusting the scheme!

I’m so fricking pissed that Pelini is tanking this kids stock after he was one of the only upper class men to come back after the title.

stevens looking so bad just proves pelini is the root of the problem. no frickin way he should be looking this bad at the game of football

Stevens has always had limitations, hence why he didn’t start right away when he got here. I think his fit in this scheme is just exposing the worst of them. In an ideal world, he would play in the box and rarely be asked to cover a receiver.

Clark idk what’s wrong with him in this 4-3.

It's like he's running 1/2 the speed of the other players out there. He's also not committing to diving to make a tackle. I watched him give up on a tackle when he was only a yard away from the RB.

Clark doesn't know his gap assignments either. USC got to the edges for big runs because Clark would halfheartedly try to fill an already closed B gap leaving us totally exposed to an outside run
