Steve Ensminger still sleeps in his office

Only this time he sleeps there Sunday through Wednesday and goes back home on Thursday for family night. He has a bed in his office now.

hard to believe that many hours are necessary to compete at this level.

It's why salaries are so high. They give up almost everything.

Spurrier hit a ceiling because he would not commit to working harder. Same thing with Les Miles. Saban out-recruited them, out-studied them, and out-organized them.
